  • Return due to unpaid duties: Reshipping costs are customer's responsibility
  • Shipping impossible due to export restrictions: Full refund provided
  • Customs confiscation: Outside our responsibility (no refund available)

5. Delivery Completion and Receipt Confirmation

5.1 Definition of Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when the shipping carrier records it as delivered in their system.

5.2 Steps to Take If Package Cannot Be Located

  1. Check with family members/roommates for proxy receipt
  2. Verify with building managers/receptionists for package storage
  3. Confirm storage status with local post offices
  4. Contact shipping carriers directly

5.3 Handling Missed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for packages returned after storage period expiration
