Connect with Your Concierge
After purchase, you'll receive a pass code by email. Enter it into WhatsApp and send us a message. Once we verify your code, our AI chatbot will respond or your concierge will reach out directly.

Fill Out the Questionnaire
Your concierge will send you a short questionnaire about your trip: travel dates, number of travelers, interests, and any special requests.
The more details you share, the better we can assist you.
Receive Your Custom Map & Start Your Journey
Within 3 days, your concierge will deliver a custom Google Map made just for you. You don't have to wait for the map — your concierge is ready to help from the moment your chat begins.
What your concierge can help with:
- Planning your itinerary together
- Communicating with hotels on your behalf
- Train routes and transportation guidance
- Local recommendations you won't find in guidebooks
- Handling unexpected situations (sudden illness, lost items, etc.)
- Any arrangements you need during your trip
Once plans and reservations are confirmed, your concierge will add them to a shared calendar. You're welcome to add your own plans there too — it helps us provide smoother support throughout your trip.
Your concierge will research and recommend the best options tailored to your trip, and walk you through the booking process step by step. Due to Japanese travel industry regulations, final purchases are completed by you directly.
