Refund policy
Nani-Koko will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases.
1. Orders Not Delivered.
Nani-Koko will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
- If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
- Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
- Incorrect/insufficient address.
- No such number.
- Unknown recipient.
- Refused.
- Do not pick up in time.
- No safe delivery location.
- Uncleared customs.
- Others.
Notes:
The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Nani-Koko takes no responsibility if products have been lost.
2. Products Damaged.
If there is a defect or shortage in products purchased from us, we will accept returns and exchanges.
The return period is within 14 business days after receiving the product. Please contact us within this period and return the product to us within 30 business days after receipt.
Shipping cost is non-refundable, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

3.Complete Shipping Address

5.A video or photo of the defective product as proof
Notes:
- For damaged packing boxes, Pink Gaming cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
- For refund or replacement, you shall contact us within 14 days after package is delivered.
