This is a gassho-style house with a reed thatch foundation and tin (copper plate) roof. In the past, sericulture was flourishing, and the second floor was used for this purpose. With two layers of ceiling height, this is a large traditional house with a total floor area of 90.12 tsubo. The hand-carved beam finishes are beautiful.
