Shipping Policy
*Note: Due to the global health and supply crisis situation, product shipment times may be altered. These delays will not be cause for cancellation of orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders are normally shipped within one week.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made even if the delivery of your order is delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

Passing Through Customs

The local customs office is processing the import of the package.
If the status does not update within a week, the package may be held by customs.

Please check to see if you have received a phone call, email or notice from customs.
Please contact your local customs department yourself as we do not have the authority to contact them on your behalf.

Delivered

The package has been delivered by the delivery company.
If you have not received your package, please check the following:

  • Make sure that a family member, roommate or building manager has not received the package on your behalf.
  • Check with the local post office to confirm the name of the recipient and delivery status.

Consider

*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package can not be delivered to be the wrong address, there will be no option to refund and a next shipment of the package will be borne by the customer and buyer.

*In the event that at the time of delivery of the order is not able to contact the customer proceeds to notify and the package is not collected, it will be sent to the factory again having lost the package without the option of refund.

*In case the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, since the shipments are under the delivery of external companies to Pink Gaming and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has changed home or similar.

Nani-Koko is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the package purchased, so the responsible will be the buyer and customer of Pink Gaming providing the required value in customs without being able to process refund.
